Fly-Fishing
Experience the best fly-fishing
the East has to offer in the legendary upper
waters of the Delaware River. Only minutes
from the lodge you will find world-class
fly-fishing on both the East and West branches
of the Delaware. With its reputation as
one of the finest trout fisheries in the
world the upper Delaware is a favorite for
the avid fisherman. The Starlight Lodge
staff will provide experienced local guides
to take you on a memorable excursion. |

Canoeing
A wonderful way to enjoy the river’s
beauty and natural surroundings is by
boat, canoe or kayak. Glide peacefully
down the river through the highlands where
you are quite likely to see the majestic
bald eagle in their natural habitat. We
offer assistance in renting equipment
if necessary. |

Hiking
and Biking
Whether you like a relaxing walk or a
stimulating bike ride we have the path
for you. You will find miles of challenging
hiking and biking right out our back door.
Take in the area’s natural beauty
on the Starlight Trail and enjoy the breathtaking
vistas along the way. For those looking
for a more leisurely hike there is the
path on the O&W
trail . The O&W is part of the
Rail-Trails of Northeastern PA, a former
rail bed that is now neatly groomed and
tailored for recreational use. The O&W
is conveniently located adjacent to the
Lodge. This trail system is designed for
easy to moderate hiking, biking and walking.

Snowmobiling
Hit the best snow trails in Pennsylvania.
The Starlight Lodge is located right on
the northeast snow trail system. Just
step out the door, jump on your sled and

have over 220 miles of beautifully groomed
trails on the O&W the D&H rail
roadbeds, as well as privately owned land.
On this inter-connected trail system you
will find everything you need from fuel,
to food and drink, not to mention spectacular
scenery. We have plenty of parking for
your vehicles and trailers. Trail passes
and maps are available at the lodge. |

Miles of cross country skiing on the O&W
rail bed and our own groomed trails are
only steps away. |

There are plenty of recreational options
nearby; Lake Lorain Golf Club offers a 9
Hole par 35 golf course and a newly renovated
Clubhouse. Settle in and relax with a book
on one of our spacious decks. Fill your
day with horseback riding, sightseeing or
